This individual must have experience in the following:

  • Foster healthy relationships with Red Cross and their scheduling team
  • Administrative writing skills and ability to use google voice

  • Reporting skills & understanding of travel logistics
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Flexibility to adjust and adapt to an ever changing environment

– Utilize organizational skills to manage and coordinate employee & contractor schedules efficiently.
– Assist with travel planning for staff members, including booking accommodations and transportation.
– Utilize writing skills to draft emails, memos, and other office correspondence.
– Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.
– Prioritize tasks and demonstrate strong time management to meet deadlines effectively.

Job Type: full time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32-40 per week
