Seasonal/ Part-time Budtender at BUDD Dispensary in Sunrise Beach

Job Summary: As a Budtender at Blue Arrow Missouri, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for adult consumers visiting our dispensary. You will be responsible for dispensing and selling high-quality cannabis products while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with adult consumers and assisting them in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the various cannabis products, including strains, effects, dosages, and consumption methods, to educate and guide customers.

Adhere to all regulations and company policies to ensure compliance in the sale and dispensing of cannabis products.

Process transactions accurately using the dispensary’s point-of-sale system, including cash handling and maintaining proper documentation.

Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment, including product displays, shelves, and counters.

Ensure the security of the dispensary premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, conducting inventory counts, and monitoring product expiration dates.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of the dispensary.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for both employees and customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of cannabis products, strains, effects, dosages, and consumption methods (or a willingness to learn).

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
